1st Sunday at Vashon Community Care Center. Church volunteers conduct a worship service for Care Center residents. - Worship (SAN)

Children attend the first part of the worship service and leave for their Sunday School classes after the Children's Sermon. Our Sunday School program is open to children from preschool to 5th grade from Labor Day to mid-June. - Fellowship Time (FH)

In Fellowship Hall. The Vashon United Methodist Church provides a free community lunch every Sunday from 1- 2 PM. We have joined with other faith communities and non-profits in providing a free meal on Vashon every day of the week. - Storytelling Festival (SAN)

Rev. Dr. Kathryn A. Morse - Pastor
Email Rev. Dr. Kathryn A. The Rev. Dr. Morse is a second-career minister. She was ordained as an elder in the United Methodist Church in 2001 after attending the School of Theology and Ministry at Seattle University and has previously served Rainier Beach and Everett First United Methodist churches. She received a Doctorate in Ministry in 2011 from San Francisco Theological Seminary. She and her husband, Steve, have a blended family with five grown children.
