The Rev. Paul Mitchell has previously served United Methodist churches in Rainier Beach, Snoqualmie, Edmonds, and Los Angeles. Paul began life as a preacher’s kid in South Dakota. Steve Lomax - Lay Leader & Chair of Trustees

After a 30 year career in EMS/medical transportation, Steve moved to Vashon in 2007 when he took a job as the Facilities Manager for Camp Sealth, combining his love of helping people with his ability to repair most anything. When not fixing things at camp, Steve fixes things at the church and remodels his 1905 farmhouse. Steve has been married since 1979 to his wife, Karen, and they have a daughter, Leah, who helps him with all the fixing.  If he had time, Steve would like to go sailing, golfing or traveling. However, when necessary, Steve can be content listening to music while piloting his riding lawnmower.
