Sunday, February 5

1st Sunday at Vashon Community Care Center. Church volunteers conduct a worship service for Care Center residents. - Worship (SAN)

10:00 AM weekly in the church Sanctuary. - Sunday School (ED)
10:00 AM
Children attend the first part of the worship service and leave for their Sunday School classes after the Children's Sermon. Our Sunday School program is open to children from preschool to 5th grade from Labor Day to mid-June. - Fellowship Time (FH)
11:00 AM
We gather in the church Fellowship Hall after the worship service for coffee and conversation. - Youth Class (SJ)
11:30 AM
In Sojourners Room. Sunday morning classes for middle school and high school students. - Community Lunch (FH)

In Fellowship Hall. The Vashon United Methodist Church provides a free community lunch every Sunday from 1- 2 PM. We have joined with other faith communities and non-profits in providing a free meal on Vashon every day of the week. - Storytelling Festival (SAN)

In the Sanctuary from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m.hear some of Vashon’s best storytellers at an event which will be fun for the whole family and will benefit the Vashon Wilderness Program. Tickets are $7 for individuals and $20 for families and are available at the

2nd Wednesday at Vashon Episcopal Church of the Holy Spirit. Methodist Church volunteers take their monthly turn at cooking and serving dinner for our community's low income and elderly people. Sign up in the Methodist Church Fellowship Hall - Bell Choir Rehearsal (SAN)
